The Pyxis Saga.....Provigil is the devil's drug

Currently our Pyxis setup is this: each RN unit gets a Main and an Aux (in general). The stock in each consists of PRN and urgent meds and one lone routine med -- Colace.

Provigil. NF once livedin Pyxis but removed. 50mg is a standard dose, but halfing is not ideal.

Informatics Planning

When I was in my first year here, one of the projects I completed was a comparison of different MOMS (Medication Order Management Systems). this was to ultimately support Inpatient Go-Live efforts (ideally, IP Phase 1 that included a new pharmacy information system).
